2. The Service & Accuracy

Podcasts To Text provides AI-driven transcription for public audio content from platforms like Spotify and Apple Podcasts.

• AI Disclaimer: Transcription is performed by automated systems. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and are not responsible for errors, omissions, or "hallucinations" in the generated text.
• Availability: We do not guarantee that every URL will be transcribable, as some creators may restrict access to their RSS feeds or audio files.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

We respect the rights of content creators and expect you to do the same.

• User Responsibility: You represent that your use of the Service to transcribe specific podcast episodes complies with applicable copyright laws. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from the content owner.
• Platform Independence: Podcasts To Text is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Spotify, Apple, or any individual podcast production company.

4. Subscription & Payments

Usage of the Service may require a paid subscription or the purchase of credits.

• Billing: Fees are processed via Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PODCASTSTOTEXT.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR LEGAL ISSUES ARISING FROM THE CONTENT YOU CHOOSE TO TRANSCRIBE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
